🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Seventh Heaven

At Seventh Heaven, we take great pride in the quality and uniqueness of every product we ship. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—under fair and clear conditions.

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

We accept returns only if:

  1. The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong size or design sent).

  2. A 360-degree unboxing video is provided as proof, clearly showing:

    • The sealed package before opening.

    • The entire unboxing process in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits).

    • The issue with the item (damage, defect, wrong item, etc.).

📸 Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions:

  • Return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back unless it was our error.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products purchased during a limited-time drop, sale, or clearance event.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling (tears, stains, worn garments).

  • Returns without a proper unboxing video proof.
